Portfolio of work in User Experience Research, Design, and Evaluation

My professional experience is in the design, evaluation, and research of human-computer interaction. My five years of professional experience includes academic research and industry practice. My most recent work in the property and casualty insurance industry focuses on designing and evaluating a new platform for quoting and servicing all lines of personal and commercial business. My previous work in academic research focused on designing and evaluating new augmented reality learning experiences for general aviation pilots. This work was shared through three first-author peer-reviewed journal articles. I also have experience in web accessibility and am certified by the Department of Homeland Security to conduct Section 508 Accessibility Conformance Testing. The projects below provide examples my work. Please view my LinkedIn profile for a list of my work experiences and my Google Scholar profile for a list of my research publications.
